This small rug was handwoven in Veramin during the early 20th century.
It features a lattice of bright eight-pointed star filled octagons. The color palette is red, blue, yellows, brown, pink and ivory. The whole is framed by a meandering border of latchhooked boxes.
In very good condition, with light fraying to the top end.
