19th century Kurdish runner featuring a pattern of sparse and asymmetrically organized botehs in dark and light blues, apricot, and madder on a plush, variegated camel field. Abstracted figures and shapes which are likely the weaver and a rendition of bats or birds can be found near the center. A colorful main border of wide diagonal stripes more commonly found in Kurdish bag faces energizes the composition and adds additional distinction.
